Do your products freeze well?

Yes! Our hand-crafted breads, pies, and pastries freeze and refresh well. Here are a few tips to help you get started. Individual oven times may vary.

Baguettes

  • Cut into sections and store in Ziploc-style bags to freeze.

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Remove bread from packaging, and refresh straight from the freezer for about 8-10 minutes.

Loaves

  • Bag loaf in a paper bag, inside a large Ziploc-style bag to freeze.

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Remove bread from packaging, and refresh straight from the freezer for about 40 minutes.

  • Let loaf cool before slicing, and preserve freshness on the cutting board by storing the loaf cut-side down.

OR

  • Slice loaf prior to freezing as instructed above if you only want to use a slice or two at a time.

  • Refresh slices in the toaster as needed.

[pastries]

  • Bag in Ziploc-style bags to freeze.

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Remove frozen pastries from packaging, and place in oven for about 15-20 minutes.

[pies]

  • Wrap in plastic wrap and bag in a large Ziploc-style bag to freeze.

  • Thaw pie overnight.

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Remove thawed pie from packaging, and place in oven for about 15-20 minutes.
